Nellestein is a neighbourhood in Gaasperdam that was built between 1979 and 1982. It is a nice and beautiful neighbourhood to live in with lots of greenery. But there are also things that could be improved. For example, some residents indicate that there are few homes for the elderly.

Baaibuurt West will develop into a city district within the ring road in the coming years with a maximum of 1,800 homes. We want to build a unique neighbourhood here for starters, families and the elderly. There is also room for experimental forms of housing. We ask Amsterdammers to think along with us about this.
