he National Concert Hall is planned on Mount Tauros, on the site of the People's House once conceived by Jonas Basanaviฤius. It is planned to design the building itself, two concert halls, spaces for bars, a spacious lobby with a view of impressive panoramas of the city and premises for various other cultural activities.
